Guests may begin entering the venue at 5:30pm. Due to the limited time block offered by the venue for events, we ask all guests to arrive and be seated by 5:45pm so the Ceremony can begin promptly at 6:00pm.

While we love the little ones in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding an Adults-Only (18+) event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

Yes, the venue has ample parking available for guests of the event.

Yes! All museum exhibit halls in the NCMA's West Hall will be open for guests to walk through and view during the reception. However, no food or drink is allowed in the exhibit areas.

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors in the NCMA West Hall building.

The closest airport is Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) and is about 15-20 minutes from the venue and numerous points of interest around Raleigh.

Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service available to the venue from the accommodations. We highly encourage carpooling or using Uber/Lyft to get to & from the venue for the event.
